Add Another Journey to an Existing Hub
Open your hub's **Journeys** page and select **New Journey**. Use the AI Hub Builder to create its milestones and steps, or select **Advanced Mode** to create an empty journey manually.
Add another journey when you want the same audience to reach a separate outcome, continue into a more advanced track, or follow a different path inside the hub.
Build it with OBIE
- Open the hub and select Journeys.
- Select New Journey.
- Describe the outcome this journey delivers and answer the builder's questions.
- Attach useful reference files if needed.
- Review the proposed outline and ask for changes.
- Select Build It when the structure is right.
OBIE creates the journey, its milestones, and its steps as drafts. Users don't see the new journey until you publish it.
Resume an unfinished journey build
If you leave before finishing, the unfinished builder chat appears on the Journeys page as a Work In Progress item.
- Select Continue conversation to resume it.
- Select Discard to delete only that unfinished journey-builder chat. Existing journeys stay in place.
Selecting New Journey starts a fresh conversation, so resume from the Work In Progress item when you want to continue the earlier one.
Build it manually with Advanced Mode
Select Advanced Mode on the builder screen to create the journey shell yourself. The wizard covers General, Customize, and Content.
After the journey is created:
- Open it and select New Milestone for each phase.
- Open each milestone and select New Step for each deliverable.
- Configure the prompts and questions.
- Publish the journey when it's ready.
Put the journey in the right place
New journeys are added to the end of the list. Drag them into the order you want on the Journeys page, or arrange them in Canvas View. Each journey also has settings for its name, appearance, content, completion experience, and visibility.
Make sure it should be a journey
Create a separate journey when it delivers an outcome someone would want on its own. If it's the next phase of the same outcome, add another milestone to the existing journey instead.
Who can add a journey
Org Admins and Managers can create journeys. Editors can work inside existing journeys and use Canvas View, but they don't see New Journey.

- Will adding a journey affect users already working in the hub?
- No. The new journey starts as a draft, and existing journeys and user progress stay in place.
- How do I resume an unfinished journey interview?
- Open the hub's **Journeys** page and select **Continue conversation** on the **Work In Progress** item.
- What does Discard remove?
- It deletes the unfinished journey-builder chat only. Existing journeys aren't changed.
- Why don't I see New Journey?
- Creating a journey requires an Org Admin or Manager role. Editors can edit existing journeys but can't add one.
