Where Can I Add Video in My AI Hub?
You can add video to eight user-facing areas: the hub home, Journeys page, Journey, Milestone, Step help, question help, Content (Intermission), and Conversations page. Put each video where users need that explanation.
Use short, specific videos for the decision or task in front of the user instead of repeating one general video throughout the hub.
In Explainer Image / Video or Help Image / Video, choose Video and add the URL. OBIE supports YouTube, Vimeo, Wistia, Membership.io, and supported direct video file URLs.
Hub home
Go to Hub Settings → Content → Welcome & Explanation → Explainer Image / Video.
Use this for a welcome to the whole hub, who it's for, and what users can accomplish there.
Journeys page
Open Journeys, then select Page Settings → Content → Journeys Explainer Image / Video.
Use this to explain the available Journeys and help users choose where to begin.
Journey
Open the Journey, then select Settings → Content → Welcome & Explanation → Explainer Image / Video.
Use this to introduce the Journey's outcome, Milestones, and progression.
Milestone
Open the Milestone, then select Settings → Content → Welcome & Explanation → Explainer Image / Video.
Use this to explain the Milestone's purpose, its Steps, and the result users should expect.
Step help
Open the Step, then select Settings → Content → Explainer Image / Video.
Use this to explain the Step's purpose or intended output. Users open it from a labeled help button. The default label is Info, and you can customize its label and icon with Explainer Button Label and Explainer Button Icon.
Question help
Open the Step's Questions, then add or edit a question and use Help Image / Video.
Use this when a user needs optional context for one question. The help button defaults to Info. You can customize it with Button Label and the icon control.
Content (Intermission)
Open the Step's Questions, select Add Question, choose Content (Intermission), and add the video under Help Image / Video.
Use this when every user should see a short explanation or demonstration before continuing. It appears directly in the question sequence and doesn't collect an answer.
Conversations page
Open Conversations, then select Page Settings → Content → Conversations Explainer Image / Video.
Use this to explain what Conversations are for and when users should choose one.
Confirm each placement
Use Preview to check the video and surrounding text. Make sure it answers the question users are likely to have on that exact screen.

- Can I upload a video directly to OBIE?
- For these placements, add a supported video URL in **Explainer Image / Video** or **Help Image / Video**.
- What's the difference between question help and Content (Intermission)?
- Question help is optional content a user opens from the labeled help button. A Content (Intermission) appears directly in the question sequence.
- Does a Content (Intermission) collect an answer?
- No. It's a content-only pause between questions.
- Can I change the Info button?
- Yes. For Step and question help, you can customize the button's label and icon.
