Customize Your Hub

Open your hub and select Hub Settings. The settings are organized into General, Customize, Content, Welcome Emails, Base Prompts, and Core Questions, plus an Advanced group for AI Hub Access, Login, SEO, Custom Domain, and Analytics.

General

Use General for the hub-level basics:

• Publish or unpublish the hub.
• Change its name and .obie.io address.
• Choose its time zone. A hub can use the organization's time zone or its own.
• Upload the logo and favicon.
• Set the top-level background color, gradient, or image.

Journeys and milestones inherit the hub background unless you give them their own. The Conversations page also inherits unset background fields from the hub.

Customize

Use Customize to control the overall user experience:

• AI Hub Color sets the color for buttons and highlights.
• Layout chooses the overall hub arrangement.
• Theme can be Light, Dark, or System.
• Style controls details such as corners, spacing, shadows, and buttons.
• Custom Labels rename Journeys, Milestones, Steps, and Conversations throughout the user experience.
• Show Powered by OBIE badge controls whether the badge appears.
• Default colors set fallback colors for Journeys, Milestones, Steps, and Conversations when an item doesn't have its own color.

Select Preview to check your changes from a user's point of view.

Content

Use the four tabs under Content to shape the hub-level experience:

• Welcome & Explanation: welcome message, hub description, explainer title, explainer content, and explainer image or video.
• Progress: the title and subtitle users see while working through the hub.
• Completion: the title, message, icon, color, and celebration shown when a user completes the hub.
• Footer: the help link shown in the hub footer.

Teach the AI about your business

Base Prompts set the purpose, audience, tone, and industry rules that shape AI interactions throughout the hub.

Core Questions is an inventory of questions whose answers carry forward as context into later steps.

Emails

Use Welcome Emails to edit the email new users receive, including its subject, message, sender name, and reply-to address.

Advanced settings

• AI Hub Access: require direct access and, if needed, selected user tags.
• Login: choose the default login strategy, show a support link, and optionally add a sign-up link to an offer page or custom URL.
• SEO: set search and social-sharing details.
• Custom Domain: use your own domain instead of an .obie.io address.
• Analytics: add supported tracking platform IDs.
