AI Hubs, Journeys, Milestones, and Steps: OBIE's Building Blocks
An AI Hub is your branded user space. Journeys deliver outcomes through Milestones and Steps, Conversations provide ongoing AI support, Documents supply source material, and Offers control how people get access.
These are the main building blocks you'll use throughout OBIE.
AI Hub
Your branded home base. It's the site users sign in to at your OBIE subdomain or custom domain. You can run more than one AI Hub if your plan allows.
Journeys
A Journey is a guided path to one meaningful outcome. Each Journey contains Milestones and Steps that move users toward that result.
Milestones and Steps
Milestones break a Journey into phases that mark real progress.
Steps are the focused actions inside a Milestone. Depending on the Step type, users may answer questions, work with an AI-generated response, choose an option, follow a timeline, or download a Deliverable.
Conversations
Conversations are open-ended AI chats you create for ongoing support. Unlike a Step, which has a defined finish line, a Conversation can be used whenever a user needs help thinking something through.
Documents
The Document Library holds files such as frameworks, guides, and transcripts. It's shared across the account, so a document uploaded from one AI Hub can be attached from another AI Hub in the same account.
Documents can provide source material to builders, prompts, and Conversations where you attach them.
Offers
Offers control how people get access. An Offer combines access and pricing with a landing page for a paid product or free sign-up.
Custom labels
Journeys, Milestones, Steps, and Conversations are the default labels. You can rename them for each AI Hub under Hub Settings → Customize. Help articles use the default labels.

- How many Journeys can one AI Hub have?
- There's no hard limit. Create a separate Journey for each distinct outcome.

- A Step has a defined finish line inside a Journey. A Conversation is open-ended support a user can return to over time.
- Are Documents limited to one AI Hub?
- No. The Document Library is shared across the account, and documents can be attached from any AI Hub.
