The Hub Dashboard
Building Your Hub
The hub dashboard is the starting point for one AI Hub. It gives you quick access to Journeys, Conversations, Analytics, Offers, Users, the shared Document Library, AI Hub Settings, Preview as User, and Canvas View.
Open AI Hubs and select Manage AI Hub to reach that hub's dashboard.
What you see
- the AI Hub name and live URL,
- up to three recently created Journeys,
- the current user count,
- a context warning when Step context needs attention, and
- cards for the main areas you can manage.
Main areas
- Journeys: create and manage the guided paths users complete.
- Conversations: create and manage open-ended AI chats.
- Analytics: review user progress, engagement, health, and activity.
- Offers: create landing pages for free or paid access.
- Users: manage access and review individual progress.
- Documents: open the account's shared Document Library. Files uploaded here can be attached from any AI Hub in the account.
- AI Hub Settings: manage General, Customize, Content, Welcome Emails, Base Prompts, Core Questions, AI Hub Access, Login, SEO, Custom Domain, and Analytics settings.
Preview and Canvas View
Select Preview as User to open the hub as a user and test the experience. This button is hidden while you're already impersonating another user.
Select Canvas View for a visual map of the hub's Journeys, Milestones, and Steps.
Frequently asked questions
- How do I get to the hub dashboard?
- Open **AI Hubs**, find the hub, and select **Manage AI Hub**.
- Where do I manage login settings?
- Open **AI Hub Settings**, find the **Advanced** section, and select **Login**.
- Are Documents separate for each AI Hub?
- No. The Document Library is shared across the account, and files can be attached from any AI Hub.
- Why can't I see Preview as User?
- The button is hidden while you're already impersonating another user.
