Build a Conversation by Talking It Through

Creating a Conversation no longer starts with a blank prompt. The new Conversation Builder interviews you about what the Conversation should do, then writes the title, description, and prompt for you.

As you work, you can:

• Answer a few questions in plain language instead of writing system instructions from scratch.
• Add documents for OBIE to read while it builds the Conversation.
• Let the builder use your AI Hub's details and structure as context.
• Select Write it myself whenever you want to use the manual editor instead.
• Choose Start over to clear the builder chat without removing documents from your library.

Already have a Conversation? Open its prompt settings and select Enhance My Prompt. Add notes about what should change, choose up to five reference documents, preview the rewritten prompt, and apply it when you're happy with it.

Make Every Help Button Fit the Experience

Help is now shown as a clear labeled button instead of a small question-mark icon. You can choose the button's words and icon for each question and for the step itself.

• For question help, use Add Question or Edit Question.
• For step help, open the step's Content tab.
• Leave the fields empty to use Info with the standard info icon.
• Preview the button before publishing so you can see what users will see.

The button automatically uses readable colors from the step's palette, and it also appears on deliverable steps without being included in printed or downloaded work.

Keep Your Place in the Step Context Selector

The step Context Selector now keeps the step you're editing visible in its normal place, with a Current step label. Its milestone opens automatically and is labeled Current milestone, while the other milestones stay collapsed.

Because a step can't use itself as context, its Include and Required options appear as dashes instead of checkboxes. The current step is also left out of bulk actions and selected counts, so Select All and Require All only apply to eligible steps.

Require All now keeps context steps you've already selected in other journeys, too. You can move around the selector without losing those choices or wondering where the step you're editing went.

Add Unlimited Users on More Plans

Grow, Founder, and Scale plans now include unlimited users. Pro was already unlimited and remains that way. Start continues to include up to 100 users.

That means creators on Grow, Founder, and Scale can expand access without running into a user-count ceiling.

More Improvements

• The Hub Builder has been optimized so that new hubs are built much faster!
• Conversations are now better at using your program, documents, user uploads, and saved step work, with additional checks for accuracy and completeness.
• Step generation continues in the background if a user refreshes or leaves the page, and the live result is there when they return.
• Publishing a single step now changes it to Published correctly while keeping any other unpublished edits pending. Edits Pending badges now appear consistently across hubs, journeys, milestones, and steps.
• Enhance and Copy now work on Fixed Guidance answers even though the answer itself remains read-only.
• The offer builder uses the AI Hub's existing result and audience more consistently, so it asks fewer questions you've already answered.
• Additional UI improvements, including better mobile responsiveness for creators.
