Create Your First AI Hub with the OBIE Builder

The AI Hub Builder turns your expertise into a draft hub by interviewing you about the outcome, your process, and what users should produce along the way.

Start the builder

1. Open AI Hubs from the top navigation.
2. Select Create New AI Hub.
3. Answer the interview in plain language, the way you'd explain your process to a client.

You need the Org Admin role to create a hub. If the button is disabled, you've reached your plan's hub limit.

Add reference files

Attach PDF, DOCX, TXT, or MD files when they're easier than explaining everything in chat. Attached files become context for the build and are added to your organization's document library.

Use the Attached files control to see what's included. Removing a file from builder context stops using it for the conversation but leaves it in the document library.

Confirm the outline

OBIE plays back the proposed hub name, journeys, and milestones before building. Review the structure, ask for changes, and select Build It when the outline is right. You'll also choose basic branding such as a logo and colors.

Choose the build style

• Quick Build uses Build It All Now to build the full hub, including journeys, milestones, and steps. It runs in the background, so you can navigate away or close the browser and return later.
• Build Together uses Start My First Journey to create the hub outline and work through each journey with you for a more collaborative build.

Everything the builder creates starts as a draft.

Resume an unfinished build

Leaving the interview doesn't erase it. On AI Hubs, unfinished hub-builder chats appear as Work In Progress cards.

• Select Continue conversation to pick up where you left off.
• Select Discard to delete that unfinished builder chat. Existing hubs aren't affected.

Selecting Create New AI Hub always starts a fresh conversation, so use the Work In Progress card when you want the earlier one.

Start over or remove attachments

Inside the builder, Start Over clears the current builder conversation. If files are attached, you can also remove them from that conversation. The files still remain in your document library.

When the build finishes

Select Preview as User to experience the result or Go to new AI Hub to open the creator view. Journeys and other content remain drafts until you publish them.

Prefer to build by hand?

Select Advanced Mode on the builder screen to skip the interview and configure the hub manually. You can still use the builder later to refine individual journeys, milestones, and steps.
