Add Users and Control Who Can Access Your AI Hub

Add users from your hub's **Users** page, import them from CSV, or grant access through an offer or automation. Start supports up to 100 users per hub; Grow, Founder, Scale, and Pro don't have a per-hub user cap.

OBIE AI Hubs don't have open signup on the login page unless you configure a sign-up link. A person can sign in only after you've granted access, which lets you keep each hub as private as needed.

Add one user

Open the AI Hub and select Users.
Select Add User.
Enter the person's name and email address.
Check Send the Welcome Email if you want OBIE to send password setup instructions now.

If you leave the checkbox off, the account and access are created without sending the welcome email.

Import users from a CSV

Select Import Users on the Users page to upload a CSV. The required columns are email, firstName, and lastName. Column order doesn't matter.

You can also include an optional tags column. Put multiple tags in one cell as a quoted, comma-separated list, for example "vip,founder".

During import, OBIE:

trims and lowercases tags,
removes duplicate tags,
merges imported tags with an existing user's tags instead of replacing them, and
continues to accept a CSV with only the three required columns.

Grant access through an offer or automation

An offer can grant access automatically when someone opts in or buys. Connected services and automations can also grant access without adding each user by hand.

Add a tag requirement

Open Hub Settings → Advanced → AI Hub Access to add a tag requirement on top of direct hub access:

None: anyone with hub access can sign in.
Any tags: the user must have at least one selected tag.
All tags: the user must have every selected tag.

Tag requirements are useful when the same audience spans several hubs or access tiers.

User limits

Start supports up to 100 users per AI Hub. Grow, Founder, Scale, and Pro don't have a per-hub user cap.

If a capped hub reaches its limit, OBIE keeps existing users in place but blocks new additions until you remove a user or change plans.
